According to Article 5, Paragraph 2 in the Cosmetics Act and Article 12, Paragraph 2 in the enforcement regulations, details must be established according to the Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice and actions must be taken and implemented throughout the manufacturing process & supply of outstanding cosmetics to protect the consumers and to contribute to the improvement of national health.
The standard is implemented throughout our infrastructure management of buildings, facilities, and human resources and is developed to ensure manufacture and quality control (QC) from raw materials to finished goods, and QA (Quality Assurance) systems are in place to manage deviations / customer complaints / recalls / change management / internal audit / document management, etc. Most of advanced countries including EU countries, USA and Japan have already adopted ISO 22716 as the CGMP standard of each country, and cosmetics distributed in the EU countries are recommended to produce products in manufacturing facilities with ISO 22716 Certifications.
This system is constructed to maintain a quality management system that continues the improvement of processes in order to consistently respond to the customers' requirement changes and to certify the conformity throughout the implementation process.
Minimum requirements of the environmental management system are defined to enable all organizations to identify the environmental regulations and the important environmental aspects that need to be enforced when implementing environmental policies and goals. These requirements are set to promote continuous improvements and minimize negative environmental outcomes. Furthermore, these systems maintain a balance between the social & economic requirements, while also sustaining measures for environmental protection and pollution prevention in line with the Plan-Do-Check-Act management cycle model.
All the production and quality inspection procedures are performed according to the CGMP regulation.
